Ben Johnson said he spoke to Kyler Gordon yesterday morning: "I think we want to activate ya, are you ready to go? He said, 'Absolutely.' And he sure enough was, so huge spark there for us on defense. I thought DA [Dennis Allen] put him in some good spots, but he's so twitchy. He's very hard to block as a blitzer. Um, tight in coverage also, so we got to make sure that we keep him on that right track, trying to limit his role a little bit. Just making sure he was in good football shape, but those snaps that he had were huge ones for us today."

Needed this.

Caleb Williams was a perfect 24/24 for 248 yards from a clean pocket in the Bears' Week 6 win over the Falcons. His 24 attempts are the most without an incompletion from a clean pocket in a game since at least 2018. Powered by @awscloud

Welp. It was closer than it needed to be. But Caleb Williams was just about perfect. And Kyler Gordon is a real difference maker. On to the Patriots. 4-2 #Bears

Incredible bounce back for this #Bears defense. Falcons are 1-9 on third down.

Another Tory Taylor banana ball??

"That ball is gyrating coming out of Caleb's hands." -@TomBrady 📺: FOX/FOX One

Ben Johnson did not commit to Caleb Williams starting on Sunday but was upbeat about the QB: "I’m hopeful we’ll have more clarity at the end of the day today. He looked good yesterday for one practice but we’ve got to be able to stack a few back to back."
