Looking for another way to work connection with the lower half. Med ball throws can help pitchers feel rotation after front foot strike without added stress to the arm from extra throwing. Here we are using just a 4# ball with a delivery emphasis.

Want a great way to compete in bullpens. This is a two inning scripted pen with heart rate enhancers and a side by side dual vs a partner executing pitch for pitch. Add in money ball challenges like 3-2 bases loaded or double dummy hitters to increase the pressure. Add crowd noise or music to deepen the focus.

Shout out to Tidal Tank for the new toys. Whether you want it for pre-throw, arm-care or stability training, incorporating a variety of tools to your players can help strengthen and even unlock some potential they couldn’t feel before.

Former @gbrockers Maddox Long (@maddoxrlong) continues to look good in the MiLB. The @wmwhitecaps starter tossed 5 innings of 1-hit baseball on the 27th of August, striking out 9 batters! He also earned his first win in High-A. @JohnFanta8 @krep27 @JoshMerrill_7 @maddoxrlong
