i got 8 job offers in under 30 days. i think a big reason for this was that i started sharing my work on X. and if i were to start over, i'd make sure anyone considering hiring me could figure out two things from my posts: 1) how do i solve problems i've dealt with before? share the playbooks and processes you've built from experience. how you do things, what you've learned, and why you do them that way. 2) how would i approach a problem i've never dealt with? pick real problems and walk people through how you'd figure things out. where you'd start, what you'd look into, and what you'd try first. when a founder hires someone, they're taking a chance on a person they barely know. but if they've already seen how you think and approach problems through your posts, there's a lot less uncertainty around hiring you. and i think that makes them a lot more comfortable reaching out. if you're still unsure what to post, i've dropped a prompt in the replies that'll help you figure out what to share based on those two questions. can't say which posts actually led to those 8 offers, but i'm pretty sure this helped :)
