By the way, the grades are NOT mandatory. A plain prose review, or even a complaint about how the community dealt badly with an attempt to edit, etc., is all fair game. It should just concern one article. It can even concern a deleted article or one not allowed to be created.

If I was a billionaire I would allocate 5%+ money for books and babies. Books, to create a library of all the worlds knowledge accessible by all. (like @ks_found and @Grokipedia ) Babies, to create a resource for mothers to be able to stay home with their babies until age 6 or 7.
