In September a provider on our site took a user's 0.574 BTC, moved the order to "confirming", then deleted it from their API and delivered nothing. Our own screen kept showing "confirming".
We spent two weeks changing how we work. Here is what changed, and what didn't. π§΅
we will change our provider integration policy to avoid same thing like this happening again as much as possible.
shotgun-kyc is one thing, denying an order existed is another thing, almost humiliating the user and ourselves.
