Black Codex (2015) - 3/3
1) The false gods decide to release the full power of the titan souls, which have become twisted with madness in their captivity. Solas tries to stop them.
2) Unable to stop them, Solas instead creates a Veil between the physical world and the magical. He binds the Veil to the blood of the false gods, turning them into the locks on their own prison.
3) Early humans discover the ruins of the elven empire. Using knowledge scavenged from the ruins, Tevinter spreads across Thedas as a crude copy of the elven empire.
4) From their prison in the Veil, the spirits of the titans lure power-hungry Tevinter magisters into the Fade to release them. Instead of a city of gold, they find a Black City. The first Blight is released.

Fans have worried about #DragonAge & #BioWare 's future the last week. If we do get another game, it should wrap up everything from Origins to #Veilguard, bringing closure to The Dragon Age. Join Anthony and guest @ladyinsanity for their Veilguard review.

Just a notice I’ll be closing my LadyInsanity site soon. Will be updating info from there onto their respective videos on YouTube, to make sure wiki links stay active.
I won’t be touching my YouTube channel - that stays up forever.

The AAA game industry is in a state where devs are seen disposable, games made commodities not art. Shoddy promises of competent gen AI workflows made that displace real people.
Infuriating.
Despite that, what feels more important right now is openly loving the things we do

I love BioWare games. It gave me life for near 15 years. Grateful to every person involved in the creative process that gave that life, those stories. Thankful I was given a tiny part in the latest games.
Glad it all happened, I loved how we once lived. #thankyouDAdevs

Extremely misleading. EA cited their net bookings decline mostly due to EA Sports FC, not Veilguard.
From EA's press release:
"However, the company now projects a mid-single-digit decline, with Global Football accounting for the majority of the change."

#DragonAgeTheVeilguard offers plenty to experience—some to love, some...not so much. Opinions vary and it’s complicated. BioWare expert @ladyinsanity joins @_thegooch for a 2-hour deep dive into everything Thedas. A review for DA fans, by DA fans.

Crashing out over the TikTok ban
The most active and wholesome community I've ever been part of. Significantly had more millions of views compared to any US platform I've made content on. Countless tips and quality of life lessons learned.
Feels so empty
