Apple has opened the Apple Music Hall, a new concert venue located at Battersea Power Station in London.
With a capacity of 600 people, the venue is designed for intimate performances and features a 48-speaker Spatial Audio system, two recording and mixing studios, infrastructure for over 16 cameras, and a broadcast control room.
The setup allows artists to perform and leave the venue with Spatial Audio recordings, a broadcast-ready mix, and multi-camera video footage; performances can also be livestreamed globally via Apple Music.
The company also opened new Apple Music Radio studios within the same complex, which will host London-based shows, as well as interviews, specials, and surprise performances for listeners around the world.
