A buyer for BDC.si bailed last min on a $20k LTO deal. His loss not mine. Now it's $195k. If you feel ambivalence on a deal then it's likely EXTREMELY fair for both parties. But I never felt good enough about it. Because BDC.si is a big name.

Reminder: .IN is not some new “intelligence” namespace. IANA lists .IN as India’s country-code TLD, managed by NIXI. And NIXI’s May 11, 2026 advisory says auctioning, bidding and “speculative sale” of .IN domains is strictly non-permissible.
