Since construction at Glencoe Rd → EB US-26, the light timing is off. Green & left-turn arrow too short → backups consistently and predictably stretch across the bridge & now block WB 26 off-ramp traffic. Major safety issue. Can you please review @OregonDOT Startrd 2 to 4 weeks ago.
