The problem with your “church growth strategy” is that your goal is to GROW A CHURCH.
When growing a church is the goal, you end up using people to build the church.
The goal should be to SPIRITUALLY GROW PEOPLE.
When people encounter God, grow spiritually, and become disciples, church growth becomes the FRUIT, not the GOAL.
STOP USING PEOPLE TO BUILD CHURCHES.
BUILD PEOPLE, AND GOD WILL BUILD HIS CHURCH.
