1. Pulls 5+ years of snapshots from the Wayback Machine
2. Pulls out every plan, price and limit
3. Flags price hikes, removed plans and tightened limits, each linked to the archived page
4. Gives the vendor an A to F grade

Builder Spotlight #2
Bankhar: Point your camera at a Budapest street dog/cat and catch it. (Demo: piped.video/fcH11A0EhPs)
Bankhar is like Pokémon GO for dogs and cats. Built at the Budapest Devin AI Hackathon it features on-device detection that only lights the shutter when a cat or dog is actually in frame, a custom breed classifier, and GPS that maps each catch to one of the city's 23 districts using bundled OpenStreetMap boundaries.
Every catch becomes a stat card: Cuteness, Agility, Boldness, Floof, Wisdom, with deterministic rarity. Night catches boost Boldness, winter boosts Floof, and each district has its own biome stat.
The feature that turns it from game to infrastructure: flag a card as lost and it becomes a city-wide live report sorted by distance. Every player in Budapest becomes a search party. What do you think of this one Cognition?

Last weekend 50 builders spent their Saturdays with us and @cognition competing in our first @DevinAI Hackathon in Budapest. Some worked solo, others in teams, and a few didn't quite get their builds in on time, but we ended up with 29 incredible submissions. Here is what got built:

this is actually wild.. openrouter just shipped model fusion
right now you pick one model and it does everything reasoning, writing, code, etc...but definitely there’s no model that’s best at all three... you’re always settling..
when fusion runs them all at once, then a judge picks the best parts of each and merges them into one answer..
you kinda stop choosing but you get the best of every model in one response..
this is lowkey a huge thing cause frontier models are becoming specialised.. one is insane at reasoning, another feels human at writing, another cooks at code..
so instead of waiting for one perfect model, they just orchestrate them together...
feels like we’re moving from best AI model to best AI system / combo now...
also, we're gonna see people become known for their stacks and combinations the same way people flex setups, workflows, or operating systems today ...

Last week in Budapest, we tried a different kind of AI event with @cognition
No laptops. No long panel. No one pretending to listen while secretly checking email
We split the room into teams of “Cognition FDEs” and gave them a crisis:
- AM
- A budget airline cancels 47 flights
- 8,000 passengers are stranded
Their job was to design an AI customer support system that could actually help people: missed connections, kids, pets, luggage, angry passengers, the whole mess
The game itself was intentionally analog. Paper, pens, and projected “Mad Libs” prompts. But @windsurf and @DevinAI still ran the show
Teams sent me photos of their answers on WhatsApp. Once those landed in the right folder, Cascade ingested them, built a scorecard, and updated the live tracker on screen for everyone to see. The score was 'stranded passenger cases resolved'
Devin was also running in the background, reading the submissions and posting live 'tweets' to the room. Sometimes it praised teams. Sometimes it roasted them. Sometimes it gave actually useful advice
One team (with some folks from @atomic_chat_hq) tried prompt injection in their answer (2 times, once they even wrote the prompt in 5 languages), and Devin called them out on screen both times. Probably the funniest moment of the night
People were laughing, arguing, designing, and thinking seriously about what AI should and should not do in a real operational crisis
That feels like the right kind of AI conversation
Huge thanks to everyone who came out in Budapest. I think we’re onto something with this format!
