I think I realize why it's 30%, I think I did a poor job of documenting my staggering and balance issues (cerebellar gait) which is required for the 60% and 100% ratings. Back to the drawing board, I will update my vertigo attack logs, get a statement from my wife describing how some days I walk like a drunk, staggering and stumbling and occasioning falling. Then submit a supplemental claim.

Ohhh man I'm so frustrated with the @DeptVetAffairs, even though I'm now service connected for my Meniere's, they based the rating on less than 1 vertigo attack a month. I supplied them with evidence and lay statement showing 2 to 3 times a week. So I get rated at 30% vs the 100% for the actual vertigo attacks. I guess I have to request a Higher Level Review with Informal Conference to correct the rating.
