icebug-disk is now the default export format in LadybugDB!

Previously, we used a custom format. But we've switched to icebug-disk. Why?
- Old format included a copy.cypher that wasn't valid cypher
- It couldn't be uploaded to object storage and queried remotely
- Involved conversion from CSR -> Flat parquet -> CSR
