New @jito BAM and @harmonic_gg preconfs filters, live in every region:
- account_exclude: follow a pool, drop the spam
- signer filters: only txs actually signed by a wallet
- instruction filters: match by program, data bytes (memcmp), and size

The BAM Node (where TEE plays a critical role) is still based on Agave. Migrating or maintaining a second tech stack would be a ton of work. Not current priority but would be cool to evaluate in the future
