🚨🇧🇷BRAZIL’S SUPREME COURT OUTSPENDS THE BRITISH ROYAL FAMILY
Turns out, the world’s most expensive judiciary lives in Brazil.
A National Treasury study shows the country’s judicial system eats up 1.6% of its GDP—by far the highest among 53 nations surveyed.
The Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) burned through $179 million in 2024, topping the British monarchy's $129 million.
For comparison, the UK’s Supreme Court costs just R$19 million—roughly 9 times less.
Royal drama doesn’t come cheap—but neither does judicial power.
