It's finally out! We're pleased to announce our latest release (Desktop 0.21.11, Android 1.1.1), codename "UX Love" 💚♥️🖤 RiseupVPN already ships it! 🔥 leap.se/post/2021_12_23_ux_l…

Android does its own thing, at 1.1.1 currently. And there's also a proud screenshot of the ux that so much sweat and sleepless night has taken to our brave interaction designers. Basically what everyone else was already doing nowadays: a mobile-like window, with the blue riseup shield with the raven on it. You feel secure because you see the raven and you think "i'm not leaking anything, pretty sure of that". Oh and the tiny little details like the globe icon, gateway selector in the footer, the "bridge" selection icon, and some dummy signal strength meter (that will make much more sense in coming releases when we can refresh that info in real time). Phew. That's all!

We just released Android Bitmask 0.9.8 stable! Available now on Google Play and our downloads page dl.bitmask.net. New UI, and we lately added an option to reduce the battery drain (this happens at the cost of reduced background connectivity when your phone is inactive).
