The white structure is the Peace Arch Monument at the U.S. Canada border at Blaine Wa. The body of H20 is Semiahmoo Bay. Look closely behind the building and you will see the front of a Amtrak train traveling along the waters edge going to Vancouver B.C. The 13 seagulls were enjoying the windy day.
