This is simply not true. I’ve made money off plenty of deals that were presented to me. The difference is I actually performed due diligence. I expect people who’s never done a deal before to have this mindset.
If ANYBODY comes to you with an "opportunity" it's a scam. People who have a found a way to make money very rarely share that with anyone. If they do...they are trying to get your money.
