Goal 1: Spec Compliance 🛠️ Haskell-@libp2p (github.com/adust09/libp2p-hs) is a new implementation. Our 1st goal is to systematically assess, improve its alignment with the @libp2p specifications (github.com/libp2p/specs), establishing a strong foundation for interoperability @libp2p.

Milestone 1: Compliance Roadmap 📋 Map the relevant @libp2p specifications to Haskell-@libp2p's implementation, identify gaps, & prioritize conformance work across core protocols, transports, security, & networking. Document findings & share progress via github before @EFDevcon.

Goal 2: Interoperability Testing 🔗 Build cross-implementation test coverage for Haskell-@libp2p & other @libp2p implementations. The objective is to validate real-world interoperability, identify protocol differences, & strengthen reliable communication across @libp2p ecosystem.

Establish interop testing across supported transports (#quic + ECH next), including connection establishment, reliability, throughput, latency, & resource utilization. Integrate performance monitoring to identify bottlenecks & track improvements over time at @libp2p testing repo.

Milestone 3: Connectivity & Discovery 🌍 Prioritize hole punching, #Kademlia DHT, & peer discovery, initially focusing on bootstrap & rendezvous. Validate #haskell-@libp2p cross-language connectivity, discovery behavior, #resilience. Publish at observablehq & share at @EFDevcon.
