BREAKING: President Trump announced that the largest steel plant in American history will be built in Iowa using iron ore from Minnesota. He then uses the opportunity to BLAST Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz "One of the worst governors in history, a real stupid guy, but they do have good iron ore, which is more important, I guess" 🤣🤣

LMAO Only Trump can announce the biggest steel plant in American history and then casually call Tampon Tim a real stupid guy in the same breath. And he’s not wrong. Minnesota has great iron ore. They also have one of the worst governors in the country. Jobs > feelings. America is winning again.

Im not American but only this statement alone should be enough for Americans to vote red. Only if they understand how many thousands of jobs are going to be created.

Governors in states with billions in fraud need to be investigated.. It should not be possible.. Incompetence is not an excuse.. it’s treason.

Um, not knowing anything about fuck all why not build the steel plant in Minnesota near the iron ore? Maybe because Iowa has a surplus of wind electricity. Iron ore to steel is a two stage process. Making pig iron uses coal, then electricity to convert it to steel.

@grok how many truckloads do you estimate it will take to build and operate this for 5 years?

The left supports retards from Africa stealing money from US taxpayers in Minnesota. But opposes mining in support of jobs and industry in the same state. The strange dichotomy that is the Democratic party.

Maybe MN would have gotten it if it weren't so expensive to run a business here. Good for IA though, jobs are jobs and I'm sure they need them too!

Mesabi, an Indian company, defaulted on a 1 billion dollar loan trying to build this plant previously.

How about blasting the existing H1B fraud going on in our country. Nope, let’s plop an Indian owned Steel plant in the Midwest and pretend we are investigating the fraud. WHO is going to get these 1700 jobs? I have a guess.

We -MN- might have had the plant as well if the business climate wasn’t so bad here. Oh, except if you are a Muslim. I doubt they pay taxes on money they got fraudulently.

Indian company. Would be amazing to see an AMERICAN company owning this historic event. Instead it's just more american industry being sold out to non-Americans. It's just gross and you support it

That makes no sense, we’re almost done with the foundry in Nashwauk that they’ve been working on for almost 10 years, it’s nearly complete.

There is a good reason why a MN company is shipping the ore to Iowa instead of building the steel factory in Minnesota. Trump’s delivery is always visceral, but he isn’t wrong.
