Important to note: that higher scoring kid was just cheating on all his work. Turns out he's retarded, throws trash everywhere, and shits in the yard. Your dad ignores all this because he wants high test scores.
Imagine your dad learns that another kid is scoring higher than you at school, so he starts inviting that kid over He plays catch with him in the yard, helps him with homework, buys him presents - and starts doing those things less for you That's "high skilled immigration"

I'm slowly replacing all my sweaters with merino wool ones. My treasured sweaters are a sheep's wool Arran cardigan and a wool fisherman's sweater my dad sent me years ago.
Nobody washed wool, and that is the part that sounds wrong now. The jumper hung out for a morning and came back in. The blankets came off the bed in May, went over the line in the sun for a day, and sat in the airing cupboard until October, and plenty of them went ten years without ever meeting water. A gansey went out on a boat for a fortnight and was hung on a nail. Say that in 2026 and people look at you. Wool takes moisture into the core of the fibre instead of leaving it on the surface, about a third of its own weight before it even feels damp, and the keratin locks up the compounds that make a smell and declines to hand them back. Bacteria need water sitting on a surface. There isn't one. Hang it in cold air overnight and everything leaves. Polyester does the reverse on every count. It pushes water away and it loves oil, so your own grease sits on the outside of the fibre with the bacteria on top of it. That is why a gym top stinks after forty minutes, and stinks again coming out of a hot wash, and why the sports trade now sells you an antibacterial treatment to fix a problem it caused by choosing the fibre. Babies slept in wool, under wool, in a freezing bedroom, with not a gram of flame retardant in the room. Wool needs a far higher temperature to catch than any synthetic, it will not melt onto skin, and it has a habit of smothering itself. In 1972 America made flame resistance a legal requirement in children's sleepwear. The industry did not switch to wool. It kept the cheap synthetic and sprayed it with a chemical called Tris, and five years later Tris came off children's pyjamas over concerns it caused cancer. The safe option was standing on a hillside the whole time, growing itself back every summer. This is the fibre the country was built on. By the eighteenth century woollen cloth was over half of everything Britain sold abroad, and the Speaker of the House of Lords still sits on a sack of it, put there in the fourteenth century so Parliament could not forget where the money came from. Terylene was invented in Accrington in 1941. Acrylic followed in the fifties. Then in 1979 an American mill knitted polyester into something fluffy and called it fleece, which is the cheekiest act of naming in the history of cloth. By 2022 a British fleece was worth under 75p a kilo and the farmer saw about 26p of it. Shearing costs him roughly £1.50 a sheep, and he has to do it whether anyone wants the wool or not, because an unshorn sheep gets flystrike and dies badly. He pays to take the coat off and then cannot give it away. Farmers have been photographed burning a thousand fleeces in a heap, because the bonfire is cheaper than the lorry to the depot. Every wash of the stuff that replaced it sends hundreds of thousands of plastic fibres down the drain, through the treatment works, into the water, into the fish, back round to you. The fibre that never needed washing lost to the fibre that has to be washed constantly and poisons the water every time it is. The flocks are there, the graders are there, the mills are still turning. The only thing missing is demand, and you are holding a piece of that. Old wool blankets sit in every charity shop in the country for about a fiver, and the old ones are the good ones. Buy two, and put them on the bed in October. Then leave the jumper unwashed, hang it out the window overnight in the frost, and put your face in it in the morning.

Family name, reputation and good old shame, are very underrated.
When you watch old videos of high-trust societies, you notice how little coercive infrastructure they needed. Here, one elderly policeman was enough because shared norms, reputation, shame, and neighbors willing to intervene maintained order. As trust declines, informal social control collapses and ordinary cooperation must be monitored and enforced. That invisible social infrastructure is replaced by an authoritarian state apparatus and private controls, such as more police, cameras, locks, barriers, contracts, rules, paperwork, verification, and surveillance.

My mum loved the music of Glenn Miller, she was born in 1933 and evacuated from London during the war.
My husband took me to see The Glenn Miller Orchestra, and it was so wonderful I had to post some video. They perform almost 200 dates (or more) a year, so if you get the chance, go see them. Definitely a highlight of the year. The music is timeless and will bring you joy. ❤️

Funny as crap! 😂🤣 MEMPHIS DUO ARRESTED AFTER FAMILY DOLLAR ROBBERY GOES WRONG — EMPLOYEES TURN THE TABLES, GETAWAY DRIVER CALLS 911 ON THE EMPLOYEES MEMPHIS, TN — A would-be robbery at a Family Dollar in Memphis reportedly turned into an impromptu employee appreciation event Tuesday night after two locals attempted what police are calling “the least thought-out robbery since somebody tried to steal a shopping cart by driving it through the front door.” According to investigators, the incident began when 31-year-old Darnell “Dee-Dee” Watkins walked into the Family Dollar wearing a ski mask he reportedly purchased from the exact same Family Dollar approximately three hours earlier. Because apparently the first rule of crime school is “always shop where you're going to commit the crime.” Witnesses say Watkins approached the register, pointed what appeared to be a handgun at the cashier and demanded “all the money and a carton of Marlboros.” Unfortunately for Watkins, the cashier recognized his voice immediately. Cashier Sharon “Miss Sharon” Whitaker, who has reportedly worked at the store for 14 years and has “seen enough foolishness to qualify for a doctorate,” allegedly looked at him and said: “Darnell, quit playing with me.” Watkins reportedly responded, “You don't know who I am.” Sharon allegedly replied: “Boy, I know your mama.” That apparently marked the beginning of the end. According to witnesses, Sharon came over the counter with the speed and determination of a woman who had just watched somebody put an item back in the wrong aisle. Two other employees reportedly joined her. Their weapons of choice included a broom, a mop bucket, and a plastic Halloween decoration that had apparently been sitting on clearance since 2023. Within seconds, Watkins was reportedly on the floor surrounded by three employees and one inflatable pool float that absolutely nobody can explain. Outside the store, 27-year-old Tiffany “Tiff” Reynolds was waiting in a 2007 Toyota that reportedly had a cracked windshield, and a passenger-side door that only opened from the outside. When Tiffany realized the robbery wasn't going according to plan, she apparently decided the best course of action was to call 911. Not to report the robbery. Not to tell police her boyfriend had just committed a crime. She called to report that the Family Dollar employees were beating up her boyfriend. According to the alleged 911 exchange: TIFFANY: “Y'all need to send somebody over here right now. They got my boyfriend on the ground!” DISPATCHER: “Ma'am, is your boyfriend robbing the store?” TIFFANY: “Well… technically.” DISPATCHER: “So he is robbing the store?” TIFFANY: “That's not what I'm calling about.” At that point, even the dispatcher reportedly needed a minute. Officers arrived shortly afterward and found Watkins still on the floor with one employee reportedly holding him down while another employee explained that “this is why you don't do stupid stuff in Memphis.” Sharon reportedly refused to let Watkins leave until police arrived, telling officers: “I've been here 14 years. I am not letting this fool ruin my Tuesday.” Police arrested both suspects at the scene. Watkins faces charges related to attempted robbery and other offenses stemming from the incident. Reynolds faces charges related to aiding the robbery and misuse of 911. Police reportedly declined to charge the employees with assault, explaining that “at this point, we're just happy everybody made it home.” Family Dollar corporate officials released a statement saying: “We appreciate the dedication of our employees and do not encourage them to physically confront suspects. However, we understand that sometimes the broom has already been deployed.” Authorities also reportedly confirmed that the ski mask worn during the robbery had been purchased at the same Family Dollar earlier in the day!

So true
I mentioned that my garage door was making a sound. An American immediately said, "I got a guy." He did not ask what the sound was. He did not ask what kind of door. He produced a guy on the basis of the word garage. I asked who the guy was. He said, "Just a guy." He did not have a company name. He had a first name and a phone number in his phone saved as "Mike Garage." That is the contact name. Mike Garage. As though Garage is his surname. As though there is a family. I asked how he found this guy. "My brother-in-law used him." I asked if the brother-in-law was satisfied. He thought about it. Then he said, "He's still standing." The house is still standing. That is the entire review. Inside I said: THEY DO NOT KEEP RECORDS. THEY KEEP LOYALTIES. I called Mike Garage. He answered from inside a vehicle. There was wind. He said he could come Tuesday between eleven and four. Between eleven and four. A window of five hours. In my country this would be a scandal. Here it is generous. He gave me a window at all. Some guys do not give you a window. Some guys say "Tuesday" and that is the whole appointment. He came at 1:40. He fixed it in twenty minutes. He charged me less than I expected and he did not take a card, only cash or an app I had never heard of. Before leaving he looked at my water heater, which I had not mentioned, and said, "That's gonna go." I asked when. "Couple years." I asked what I should do. He said, "I'll give you a guy." He gave me a guy. Mike Garage has a guy. The guy has a guy. There is a network beneath this country made entirely of men named after their function, and none of them advertise, and all of them are busy. Inside I said: THERE IS A SECOND NATION HERE. IT HAS NO SIGNS. IT IS ENTERED ONLY BY INTRODUCTION. I have been given four guys since. I have a guy for trees. I did not know I needed a guy for trees. I have trees now, apparently. They are my responsibility. A man named Rick told me so and then left.

This video hits hard — we've been sold a story that chicken is the ultimate "healthy" protein. But when you look at real nutrient density, it lands near the bottom. According to nutrient density information chicken ranks nearly dead last. Here’s the order for nutrient dense meat: - Beef (grass-fed shines): loaded with bioavailable iron, zinc, B12, creatine for muscle & energy - Lamb: rich in healthy fats, selenium, and B vitamins — often ranks at the very top for nutrient density - Bison: super lean yet mineral-dense, excellent protein with a clean profile many rank #1 - Venison: wild game packed with vitamins/minerals per calorie, low fat but high impact - Fatty fish (salmon, sardines etc.): omega-3 powerhouses plus selenium and high-quality protein - Pork (quality cuts): solid protein & minerals, but usually trails the ruminants Chicken? Great for lean bulk, but it’s lower in key fats, iron, zinc, and other micronutrients compared to the above. Marketing changed everything — it went from occasional treat to daily staple. One of the big reasons we switched from mainly eating beef was marketing from major companies like Tyson. Chicken was historically more of a delicacy or seasonal food in the U.S., not everyday staple like beef or pork. Mid-20th century campaigns by companies like Tyson and others successfully repositioned it as a cheap, healthy, everyday “lean protein” alternative. We have been lied to about everything...

In 1958 the Chinese state worked out that sparrows were eating the grain, and organised six hundred million people to kill every one of them. It did not take bullets. Villages, schools and factory units turned out with pots, pans, drums and gongs and made continuous noise so that no bird could land anywhere. Nests were pulled down, eggs smashed, chicks killed. The sparrows flew until their hearts gave out and dropped into the streets, where children collected them and the totals were reported upward as achievements. The toll ran into the hundreds of millions. The arithmetic was sound as far as it went. A sparrow eats grain. Fewer sparrows, more grain, more people fed. Nobody in the room was wrong about what the bird took. They were wrong about what it did. Sparrows eat insects, in enormous quantity, and most of all in the breeding season when the chicks need protein. Take them out of a farmed landscape and the locusts and grain borers they had been holding down are handed the whole country. Which is what happened. Crop losses to insects rose sharply, and by 1960 the ornithologist Tso-hsin Cheng had made the case well enough that Mao ordered sparrows struck from the list and replaced with bed bugs. Far too late, and never the whole cause. The famine of 1959 to 1961 was principally a policy famine, driven by collectivisation, grain requisition and the diversion of farm labour to backyard steel furnaces, and the dead are counted in tens of millions. But the sparrow campaign is the purest thing in the episode, because it is the reasoning stripped to bone. A committee looked at a living system, isolated the one animal it could measure as a cost, and calculated the gain from removing it without ever asking what that animal was holding up. Now look at what is being proposed for grassland. The ruminant is measured the same way, on one ledger line, the methane it emits and the land it stands on. What is left off the ledger is everything it does. The grazing that keeps grassland grassland instead of scrub. The dung that feeds the beetles that feed the birds. The hoof that breaks the surface so seed can take. The mouth that removes the standing dead matter which otherwise cures into wildfire fuel. The manure that returns phosphorus and nitrogen to the soil so nobody has to mine it and ship it in. Grasslands and grazing animals co-evolved over tens of millions of years. Remove the animal and you do not get the same field minus some methane. You get a different system, and it will not be the one on the spreadsheet. The men who ordered the sparrows killed were not stupid, and they were not cruel. They had a number, and the number was correct, and they were praised for acting on it decisively. It took two years for the second half of the equation to arrive, and by then nobody could put the birds back. We are eighteen months into the herd reduction schemes. The grass has not sent its invoice yet.

We knew this and it's infuriating. I think Biden was even installed to prevent further investigation into this.
For those that still don’t understand what Benghazi was all about: 🚨So here's the REAL story: Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to secretly retrieve US made Stinger Missiles that the State Dept had supplied to Ansar al Sharia in Libya WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission. Sec State Hillary Clinton had brokered the Libya deal through Ambassador Stevens and a Private Arms Dealer named Marc Turi, but some of the shoulder fired Stinger Missiles ended up in Afghanistan where they were used against our own military. On July 25th, 2012, a US Chinook helicopter was downed by one of them. Not destroyed only because the idiot Taliban didn't arm the missile. The helicopter didn't explode, but it had to land and an ordnance team recovered the missile’s serial number which led back to a cache of Stinger Missiles kept in Qatar by the CIA. Obama and Hillary were in full panic mode, so Ambassador Stevens was sent to Benghazi to retrieve the rest of the Stinger Missiles. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the Stand Down Orders given to multiple rescue teams during the siege of the US Embassy. It was the State Dept, NOT the CIA, that supplied the Stinger Missiles to our sworn enemies because Gen. Petraeus at CIA would not approve supplying the deadly missiles due to their potential use against commercial aircraft. So then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus when he refused to testify in support of Obama’s phony claim of a “spontaneous uprising caused by a YouTube video that insulted Muslims.” Obama and Hillary committed TREASON! THIS is what the investigation is all about, WHY she had a Private Server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and WHY Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of the YouTube video, even though everyone KNEW it was not. Furthermore, the Taliban knew that the administration had aided and abetted the enemy WITHOUT Congressional oversight or permission, so they began pressuring (blackmailing) the Obama Administration to release five Taliban generals being held at Guantanamo. Bowe Bergdahl was just a useful pawn used to cover the release of the Taliban generals. Everyone knew Bergdahl was a traitor but Obama used Bergdahl’s exchange for the five Taliban generals to cover that Obama was being coerced by the Taliban about the unauthorized Stinger Missile deal. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised, as well and a Sec of State that is a serial liar, who perjured herself multiple times at the Congressional Hearings on Benghazi. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft were called upon for help in Benghazi: because the administration knew that our enemies had Stinger Missiles that, if used to down those planes, would likely be traced back to the CIA cache in Qatar and then to the State Dept’s illegitimate arms deal in Libya. Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story of Benghazi.

On this socially distanced episode of Trump: The Presidency, Season Two: The White House Correspondents Dinner was held, this time with 100% less media-induced liberal assassins. Trump joked that he was going to run again, to win a fourth time, and three of them feigned heart attacks. Unbelievably, him making that joke was run on mainstream media as news. You really can’t hate the legacy media enough. Democratic Hawaii Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke has been charged in a corruption case. She accepted bribe money. We know, we’re shocked too…a Democrat on the take? She responded that she, “prized integrity and honesty above all throughout her career.” Gee, you shouldn’t have gone to that steakhouse and taken those bribery checks, I guess, eh? In previous episodes, Democrats denied that illegal immigrants were voting in elections. This flew in the face of reality. An email from Julie Wise, the Democrat-endorsed Director of Elections for King County, Wisconsin, admitted in writing that non-citizens were being registered to vote when getting a driver's license. She went on to say she was concerned that the problem might be bigger than what the reports showed. Ya think? Iran has threatened to flex its military might (currently consisting of four guys with slingshots) to attack, brace for it, Ukraine. No one had Iran threatening Ukraine on their bingo card. The Ukrainians killed some Iranian sailors, so Iran is all about attacking them. Dr. Fauci’s diary went public, though no one would know it because the goosestepping mainstream media chose not to cover it. Much like Biden’s mental infirmity, the media’s participatory guilt is all over this cover-up. Indeed, many of the entries were about his media appearances and interviews. It also provides how he covered up for China about the origin of the spicy virus. He even referred to himself as a “rock star.” It’s almost as if he enjoyed being a celebrity by frightening the nation. Wow. Go figure. He also confessed, in writing, that he had government officials submit him for awards of up to a million dollars for his humanitarian work (which is like saying Hitler was a people-person). The diary shows clearly that he lied under oath as the origins of COVID 19 alone with other key things, such as knowing that the death totals were being grossly exaggerated. You can only follow the science until it takes the fifth. What’s a little mass murder and public panic among friends? How many doctors have pardons from a President to protect their lies? One. Fauci’s diary entry for this week: “I went to the Capitol to be showered with the praise and adoration that I deserve, but instead Rand Paul was there, daring to confront me with facts and reality. Don’t they know I saved all their lives? Where’s Joe Biden when I need him?” Speaking of Joe, Biden’s audiotapes from his interviews in 2016 for his “autobiography” were released. In a rather lame plot twist; Joe knew he had illegally kept classified materials in his house. Also, the tapes show that as far back as 2016, his memory was as bad as potholes on a Michigan road. Worse, he shared classified material with his ghostwriter who wasn’t cleared for that content. This hits in a week when Biden admits there’s no public interest or money for him having a Presidential Library. The damage to the coloring book publishing industry, which was counting on this library, is devastating. In this episode, Cory Booker claimed that Iran is in a stronger position now that we’ve blown them up. He claims that Trump has made Iran stronger. If that’s the case, Alibaba-Obama, then we should make them invincible by blowing them up more. If you listen to Booker and believe him, you need to visit your doctor and get the mental tests that Biden clearly failed. Meanwhile Commissar Mamdani doxxed the names and addresses of wealthy New York property holders who owned more than one house…because that’s what good communists do. He plans on hitting them with a pied-à-terre tax, which is French for “screwing over successful people for the warm embrace of communism.” Mamdani is hoping to win Retard of the Year but frankly, the competition is pretty tight for that award. Earlier this month, in Operation Ghost Story, ICE arrested 48 employees of Burnstein Von Seelen Precision Castings in Abbeville, South Carolina. It was just shy of half of their workforce. ICE also arrested the plant manager and HR coordinator for knowingly hiring illegals. They didn’t just hire these criminals; they facilitated getting them fake ID’s and Social Security numbers. Four more people were charged in those acts. The company announced they had to shut down operations, as if that would generate sympathy for their crimes. Zero pity given. Later in the episode, Dr. Fauci went to Capitol Hill so that he could not give testimony. His lawyer got tossed for being disruptive; always a great way to kick things off. Then he pleaded the Fifth, 111 times, despite the fact that he had already been pardoned. This helped cement of legacy of death and his quest for celebrity status. Hey, he only ruined our lives for almost two years; keeping kids out of school (setting them back), pushing solutions like masking and social distancing (which didn’t work), and costing people their careers by not taking a vaccine that he knew didn’t work…and in fact, killed people. That he won’t discuss any of this only emphasizes how little he thinks of the American people. His defiance isn’t brave…it’s the act of a liar and coward. One thing is clear: a LOT of Americans aren’t prepared to just move on from this. Iran thought it a good idea to prep some missiles to fire at US bases in Jordan. Imagine that discussion: “Nasim, go out and start putting fuel in the missile.” “Won’t that just get me killed?” “No, the Americans are tired of blowing us up. Trust me.” (As he climbs into the bunker) This resulted in the missiles being blown up, along with several airports, boats, docks, barracks, ammo storage sites, hangars, fueling stations, trucks, bunkers, and at least one doghouse. It’s almost as if they are getting their military strategy from Candace Owens. Will the Leftards ever cease their moronic worship of Dr. Fauci? Will the Smithsonian take down its exhibit praising Dr. Death? Who will Iran declare war on next? The answers to these questions and more, next week. Same MAGA time, same MAGA channel.
