As if a crash and flu-like aches weren't enough to deal with on my son's wedding weekend, there is a nor'easter storm heading our way, arriving right on time for Sat (rehearsal) and Sunday (wedding). Barometric pressure affects me & I always feel worse on stormy days. Lying flat.

With this - and every fall/winter relapse - the underlying issue is immune dysfunction and specifically immune activation. I’ve tried pretty much everything (and some things help), but has anyone found anything effective in calming down an overactive immune system in ME? Thx

Cloudy with a Chance of Joy: In this post, I had just discovered TED Talks for the first time (!) & found a warm, funny, inspiring one that reminded me to slow down, take care of myself & look up at the sky once in a while. I need this reminder now! livewithcfs.blogspot.com/201…

Grateful Today that I was able to go vote in the primary. Very grateful for my husband who drove me around (and did all the hard work) so I could finally get my errands done. And grateful I asked my doctor for a handicapped parking pass last fall! What are you grateful for?
