I saw this patient a few times after the death of her dog and she was very depressed. I felt terrible
A few weeks passed- she came into the clinic today and got a new rescue dog!! She’s so happy, the dog is adorable and they are so cute together (crying happy tears this time🥰)
Genuinely lost it when a patient stopped by at the end of the day so I could say goodbye to her dog before she puts him down (kidney failure)
This dog was the world to her and came to every single appointment… for years!!☹️
Now I’m still in tears😥
