Shoddy service from @sony_india ! Manivannan (9944301191) called yesterday at 11:48 AM claiming my HT-S20R replacement billing is DONE & will deliver in 2-3 days. Yet, local center (044-35000342) called at 4:27 PM completely clueless about the bill! (1/2)

Don't buy any electronic products from @Flipkart especially @sony products. I faced a very worst experience even after sales @flipkartsupport is not ready to take replacement of defective. Both @sony and @flipkartsupport are very worst in service

Flipkart said there is no physical damage so return request was rejected. Sony not ready to provide replacement. So my only option is 🔥🔥fire the useless sony home theatre in nearby sony showroom. Don't buy sony products on beliefs of brand name.
