If there is a self-replicating molecule that uses organic molecules around it to create a mirror-image copy of itself (perhaps with occasional minor differences), is that molecule alive?
Is there some mechanism that prevents a molecule like that from forming from other molecules that are not self-replicating?

Skipping those steps and simply calling it Noah’s Ark already isn’t evidence, it’s starting with the conclusion they want to be true.

“Christians should have a closed mind”
Is that really the message here?
The apostle Paul wrote, “Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil” (Ephesians 6:11 NLT). As believers, we must take his warning to heart. The reality is that we don’t always stand firm against the devil’s strategies. In fact, there are times when we play into them. We put ourselves in vulnerable positions. We make it easy for the devil to tempt us.
The book of Hebrews warns about the perils of spiritually turning away. Hebrews 3:12 tells us, “Be careful then, dear brothers and sisters. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the living God” (NLT). Notice this verse doesn’t address unbelievers. Rather, it’s a warning specifically for Christians. The passage continues, “You must warn each other every day, while it is still ‘today,’ so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God. For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ” (verses 13–14 NLT).
Did you catch that? You will “share in all that belongs to Christ”—if you are faithful to the end. In other words, you need to cross the finish line.
How can you be faithful to the end in your walk with Christ?

I think the original versions of all the NT documents must’ve been written much earlier than “mainstream” analysts believe.
Since the earliest we have are written in Greek, it should be taken into account that time was needed to translate to Greek from the original English.
