Finn is easy to please, and he's not afraid to spend time with toons who often get cast aside or reduced to a role. He and Bobette could probably get along.
I just think he'd need to learn to tone down the fish puns. Who writes seventeen jokes for a simple request?

Between Connie's prank and the salt in his drink, Dazzle has a really bad relationship with tea. I could see it developing into a fear as you said. Poor guy probably feels so bad, because now he doesn't want to attend Teagan's tea parties. Maybe book club is just an excuse.

When picking out voice claims for Connie, I wish there was more consideration for the Valley Girl accent she speaks with, especially since that accent was very popular in the 80s and 90s. I see it as a trait she was given (or maybe gave herself after her rebrand) to seem cooler.

I enjoy gachaghost, but I prefer InsectCollection and Pandora's Box or HauntedLibrary. Gigi and Connie go together like two peas in a pod, and that's exactly why I prefer them platonically. They're a bit too alike.
They've totally kissed before, though. Probably often.
