I built a 6-figure UGC biz & now I help other creators do the same | Founder: Creator Collective | Free live training ⤵️

I’m 27 and I’ve scaled two separate businesses to multi–six figures. One as a solo UGC creator. One building and scaling an education business with a team. Here’s what I’ve learned (the stuff no one wants to hear): Consistency beats intensity. The biggest shifts in my life and business came from doing the same “boring” things every day long before anything worked. You don’t build the business first - you build the person. The version of me from a few years ago couldn’t have handled the responsibility I have now. Growth required discipline, not motivation. Hard things don’t get easier, you just get stronger. Every uncomfortable phase was preparing me for the next level, even when it didn’t make sense at the time. Most people quit too early. Not because it’s impossible, but because progress is quiet before it’s obvious. UGC was just the vehicle. It gave me leverage, freedom, and optionality I never expected when I started. This industry can take you much further than people realize, if you treat it like a business. #CreatorEconomy #UGCBusiness #Entrepreneurship

The coolest part about building a business isn't the revenue. It's waking up and deciding where you want to work that day. Coffee shop. Airport. Home. Another country. That's the kind of freedom I was actually building all along. #Entrepreneur #DigitalNomad #UGC

One outreach tip that's worked incredibly well for me: Before pitching a brand, spend 15 minutes researching them. Read their 3-star reviews. Look at their Meta ads. Study their organic content. Your pitch should solve a problem, not ask for an opportunity. #Sales #UGC #Marketing

The creators who win over the next five years will think more like consultants than influencers. Learn marketing. Understand customer psychology. Study ads. Know how businesses make money. That's where the opportunity is. #MarketingStrategy #UGC #CreatorEconomy

Every creator wants more clients. I'd rather have better clients. Three brands paying $3k/month beats chasing 30 one-off projects every single time. #Freelance #UGC #BusinessGrowth

I almost quit UGC because I thought it wasn't sustainable. Turns out... Random brand deals weren't sustainable. Retainers were. Big difference. #UGC #OnlineBusiness #Entrepreneurship

One thing brands consistently tell me? "We just want someone who gets it." Not someone who needs to relearn the product every month. Not someone who disappears after one campaign. That's why long-term creator partnerships are becoming the future. #BrandMarketing #UGC #MarketingStrategy

The creators making the most money usually aren't the most creative. They're the easiest people to work with. Reliable. Strategic. Professional. Those traits compound faster than talent ever will. #CreatorEconomy #UGC #BusinessTips

Creators spend hours editing videos. Brands spend millions trying to earn attention. Learn how to solve the second problem... and the first one becomes much more valuable. #Marketing #UGC #BusinessGrowth

Four years ago I thought making $1,000/month creating content would change my life. Looking back... I wasn't really chasing the money. I was chasing the freedom that came with it. Funny how your goals evolve. #Entrepreneur #UGC #Business

Founders: Before hiring another 10 creators... Ask yourself if you'd get a better ROI hiring one creator who deeply understands your product and creates consistently every month. Consistency almost always beats randomness. #Startup #BrandBuilding #CreatorEconomy

The best-performing UGC rarely looks like an ad. It looks like advice from someone who's already solved the problem. That's what audiences trust. And trust is what converts. #PerformanceMarketing #UGC #DigitalMarketing

One of our Creator Collective members celebrated one year in the program today. She joined thinking she'd have to quit UGC if it didn't work within six months. Today she's built a full-time business, works with brands she loves, and completely changed her life. This is why I love what I do. #WomenInBusiness #UGC #Entrepreneur

One of the fastest ways to stand out as a creator? Stop asking brands what they need. Start telling them what you've noticed. "I saw your last 5 videos averaged half the engagement of your tutorials..." That conversation lands very differently than "I'd love to collaborate." #ContentMarketing #UGC #BrandStrategy

The biggest mistake I made early in UGC wasn't charging too little. It was thinking I was selling videos. Brands don't actually buy content. They buy trust, consistency, and someone who can help them communicate their product better. That mindset shift changed everything. #UGC #Marketing #CreatorEconomy

One trend I'm watching closely: Brands are hiring creators to become the Face of the Brand. Not for one video. For months. Sometimes years. The creators who learn how to communicate on camera, build trust, and represent a company consistently are going to have a massive advantage moving forward. #UGC #CreatorEconomy #BrandMarketing

The creators making the most money right now aren't necessarily the most talented. They're often the best positioned. Positioning is what turns: "I make videos" into "I help brands acquire customers." One sounds like a freelancer. The other sounds like a business partner. #UGC #EntrepreneurMindset #Marketing

When I first started, I thought success meant getting more clients. Now I know success means getting better clients. Clients who: → respect your expertise → value strategy → renew consistently Less chaos. More growth. #UGC #BusinessGrowth #WomenInBusiness

A lot of brands are still treating creator partnerships like transactions. The smartest brands treat them like relationships. The result? Better content. Better retention. Better performance. And usually lower acquisition costs over time. #BrandBuilding #UGC #MarketingStrategy

One thing I wish more creators understood: You don't need a huge audience. You need a clear offer. Most brands hiring creators care far more about content quality and conversion potential than follower count. #UGC #CreatorBusiness #Entrepreneurship

Brands don't need more content. They need more content that actually gets watched. There's a big difference. Before creating anything, ask: Would someone stop scrolling for this? If not, start over. #UGC #MarketingTips #ContentStrategy
