Went back to see my moose friends. 🫎 They are doing great. The little one too. The pale one is Albi. Not albino. The refuge calls it piebaldism… a genetic quirk that pulls the colour out of the coat but leaves the eyes dark. People call white moose spirit moose for a reason. She still looks like she walked out of a story.✨ Same place that keeps Bobby, when going back to the wild was not an option, but released Moko 🐻when she was ready ( as you saw in earlier video ) 😍 This is why I keep going and supporting this place. Oktoberfest is going on right now in Munich, and this thing has been around a lot longer than I realized. It started in 1810 to celebrate the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese. There weren’t giant beer tents and carnival rides. The big event was actually a horse race. People liked the celebration so much they kept bringing it back, and over 200 years later Oktoberfest has turned into one of the biggest festivals in the world. This year is the 191st Oktoberfest, running September 19 through October 4. Beer, food, lederhosen, dirndls and packed tents full of people singing together. Doctors called it pediatric physical abuse. Other medical causes were ruled out, police say. The nurse charged is Kieran Ansley, 43, a transgender man, fired from Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids. Ansley faces two counts of second-degree child abuse. Two misdemeanors, he’s out on a tether. Court date is set in November. His lawyer says he is a “good person” and the investigation will show the truth. A room log from that night: 32 entries.
