Talking about that Google Pay isn't available in my account. Only credit card.

have you tried going to the checkout page using a browser that is signed into your google account (chrome)? Google Pay only shows up as an option in those browsers

What about another payment method other than credit card? Wire, PayPal, 2CheckOut...? I just CAN'T upgrade to keep my hundreds of applets working!
