I’d like to add: when you feed someone’s work into an ai detector, it’s the about same as that work being scraped for ai - you are putting it into some sort of model. You’re using ai. I personally would hate it if someone fed my work to ai just because they “wanted to check.”

I just want to second this and add: I have found the constant criticism to be one of the major reasons I’ve struggled to write. I want to so badly, but everything on this app and on ao3 makes me so anxious these days. I’m always waiting for the next time some shit comes up.
