I warned a parent bringing her 9 year old that this was a r rated scary movie and she said "Yeah I did my research to make sure there's not weird shit like tits in it but he likes these kinds of movies, hes a freak".

I made the mistake of looking through Zillow a year before we're estimating we'll be ready to buy a house and found my dream home that just got listed on the market that same day. Now I'm mad bc no shot its still available next year. Never look at Zillow until you're ready.
