I had very bad xperience with MYNTRA, I returned products worth Rs. 15027.91 on 12 APR 18 but got only Rs. 3195.93 back, remaining Rs.11,831.98 never came to my account since 12 APR 18, Myntra says they initiated the refund but bank says they didn't get any refund 4m Myntra😡

I even filed CHARGE BACK as Myntra advised but nothing happened so far,tired to mail Myntra so many times but always got response that Money has been initiated. Isn't it Myntra responsibility to check with bank too on customer behalf, i paid money to you so u take some pain 2😬
