(1/4) So, after SEVENTEEN incredible years of co-birthing and building Media Molecule - I have decided it is time for me to fly the nest - set sail and chart a new course - today is my last day at MM.
Love this wooden sculpture thing I just received as a present from a dear friend - reminded them of when they first joined the LittleBigPlanet team way back and I had just modelled the craft moon.
Enjoying latest issue of @FREEZE64UK, always nice to read about other old game making gits like myself who still lucky enough to be breathing, and remember roots of it all.
FREEZE64 #86 is now available from:

We take a look at the classic Chuckie Egg and chat with its developer, Sean Townsend. We also chat with artist Keith Dodd about his time producing game covers for Solar Software.
+ tons more #Commodore64#C64 content
I built these scenes from scratch on my PS5, and combined them with Google's new Omni Fast model.
All of these were Input video + text prompts along the lines of: "Wrap this video in stark realism".
Nice! Maybe it’s time to get my shit together and make some kind of spiritual successor, it’s already done in my head, just the manifesting part now. Need to fix the shower first though.
Getting ready to hit the button later today and unleash game I’ve been helping out on for sometime now - feel very lucky to have had chance to work with small, nimble and superbly lovely team.
Available on Steam (early access) later today.

Me and a bunch of other old men talking about game we making together (Masters of Albion), including my expert analysis on what is wrong with cozy games, lol.
I made a Crash Bandicoot level in Dreams PS5 just for fun in one week. Crash puppet by PickaPlayer. Fully playable on PSVR too. Seriously, people have no idea how powerful Dreams is.
Had a chat for the @wookash_podcast which will get posted in a few weeks time - was reminded of purple pants, a very silly thing I made in dreams many moons ago. Made me giggle.
Had a chat with @marcoshealey about his games, ragdoll kung fu, dungeon keeper, little big planet 1&2, Dreams and more!
Will be out in couple of weeks, but in the meantime, enjoy this Purple Pants Dreams demo Mark made back in the day

More Time Travelling C64 LBP Dev - Been super busy with day job, but managed to find a few hours since getting my lovely new C64 Ultimate at christmas, taking advantage of irrisitable Faster CPU speed have added a zippy push scroll, and started experimenting with real time drawing of my 'procedural' materials, some simple boolean type effects could make for some interesting platforming scenarios - main thing is I now have a good solution for moving big things around in backgrounds which was the missing link I was struggling to make work with 1mhz.
Thanks @commodoreofcl for the juiced up C64, am loving it!

15 Years ago, before my hair turned grey, me and some friends unleashed LittleBigPlanet 2, etched into my soul, spiritual successor cravings plague me on a regular basis.
