Up at 3:40am for work as I have to catch the bus to get me there for 5:30am. Come home knackered 12 hrs later. Bog standard Tesco Bolognese sauce in the fridge. Added @WorldFamousHot1 pizza oil, a few mushrooms, celery and carrot. Absolutely game changer. Bloody lush 👌🏼

I can't stress how good the Piccalilli Gardens is. The first mouthful nearly blew my head off. Must have been a bird's eye chilli in it. The rest is a delicious warming curry condiment. Bloody lovely this and nearly got through a whole jar in one sitting.

I've got to say that this is the absolute bomb. Mild and mustardy with a warm curry taste and then boom a kick in the kisser from the chilli. Bloody lovely stuff @WorldFamousHot1. I looked at the jar and it said use within a month. I thought no way and then it was gone in 2 days.
