If you want to start selling online products you probably think like this: I have an idea but there are so many people that already do it. Why would anyone buy anything from me? It happens so often yet we fail to realize one thing. Let’s look at it through water analogy. How many brands there are? Like millions. So your product will reach people base on whether they like how you talk, if they see themselves in you and if you simply give out the knowledge they seek. If there are a lot of people doing what you want to do it means that the market is big and full of 💵 If there is one guy in the whole world doing it that means there’s no market. So think like water brands, people need your help just make sure you appeal to them.

Stop tracking likes. Track email subscribers and sales. Those are the only metrics that matter.

You want to start your online business. So you decide: I'm posting every day. Twice a day. I'm replying to every comment. I'm building an email list and creating a community. You're pumped. Then life happens. Work drains you. Family needs you. You're burned out. And you quit. Here's what actually works: one hour a day, every single day, for two years beats ten hours a day for one month. Intensity doesn't matter. Consistency does. Be honest about what you can actually commit to. Then build everything around that number.

How to overcome beginners Paralysis You have an amazing idea. You're excited. You know exactly what to do. But then you think: I need the perfect logo first. I need a website. I need to film 10 videos so I have content ready. I need to understand the algorithm better. So you prepare. And prepare. And prepare. Three months later you've built the perfect setup for a business that was never going to get built. Meanwhile someone with a mediocre idea and zero fear just started. They posted their first terrible video. They wrote their first awkward email. They reached out to their first 10 people. Guess who's making money? Here's the truth: you will never be ready. There's always one more thing to learn. One more video to watch. One more excuse. The people who win are the ones willing to be bad at the beginning. When I started, my first email was awkward. My first product was mediocre. My first video had bad lighting. But I did it anyway.

Most people think the best business ideas are complicated and revolutionary. New idea. New market. Something nobody's ever done before. So they spend months searching for the perfect untapped opportunity. Meanwhile, the people actually making money are selling boring stuff. Diet plans. Email marketing. Copywriting. Productivity tools. Nothing revolutionary. Everything proven. Here's why boring wins: boring ideas are easy to explain. Easy to execute. Most people won't do them because they're boring. Competition isn't a sign to avoid it. It's proof the market wants it. When I started my diet business, there were millions doing diet. That could have stopped me. Instead, it showed me: people are paying for this. Stop looking for the untouched market. Start solving problems people already want solved.

Stop trying to be everywhere. You're on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter. Posting inconsistently. Burning out. Getting nowhere. Focus on one platform. Post consistently. Build momentum. Actually make money. Compounded singularity beats scattered chaos.

People don't buy products. People buy people. Stop copying someone else. Just be yourself.

3 Fundamentals Of Persuasion Or How to make someone buy 101 1. You can’t force people to buy your stuff. But you can look for people that are already looking for stuff like yours. So you should find where people that want what you sell are and show them you exist. 2. Don’t promise. Show. Even the strongest promise means nothing if people don’t believe it. Use proof, examples, explain why something works. The more believable the claim the less friction there is for someone to buy. 3.Give them a reason to Act Even people that are ready to buy don’t buy because they get distracted. So give them a reason to act. Price reduction, limited access, limited spots. Reduce risk increase the value.

Take my email template for free (I send it to roughly 150k people a week so I hope it will help you) Step 1: Personal Opening Add a quick personal line that sets the tone. Step 2: Hook/Problem Statement State the problem your reader has or what you noticed. Keep it conversational. Step 3: Your Story/Solution Tell what you did or discovered. Include specific numbers/results. Use bullet points if listing multiple things. Keep paragraphs short. Step 4: The Point/Lesson Extract the actionable takeaway. Make it clear what they should do. Address any objections. Step 5: Call-to-Action + P.S. Tell them what to do next (link, reply, etc). P.S. can be another benefit or final thought.

How I got my first paying client in 2018. I wanted to help small businesses in Poland get more customers by running ads for them. They had no idea I existed and I didn't even have a website yet. What I did? I went on Google and looked for beauty salons near my house. I made ads for them on Canva and basically would go in and ask if they wanted to see them. Then I said I would do it for free for the first month and if they liked it, it would cost them 10% of the budget they wanted me to use. Out of maybe 20 shops, 5 became my clients. It's not important in that story that the business plan wasn't ideal. The most important thing is that I went where my clients were, offered to solve their problem for free first, and if I succeeded, asked for money. This is everything you need to know to start making money online.

How I solved your churn problem 😉 Let’s say monthly subscription to your whatever it is you’re selling costs $99 Someone subscribes for 1 month and they’re gone. What if each month you would decrease their monthly by let’s say 5% and that would happen each month whatever happens. But if they cancel and buy again they’re back to paying $99. You might think but I will loose money each month. No you won’t, you will actually make MORE.

This will help your offer work better. Create Urgency + Deliver Clear Value Simple yet super slept on concept. The whole idea is you create some store of urgency regarding your product. For example the price will increase in the next 48h or you have only x number of slots available. This can push someone who is maybe 50% interested into buying. Then the key to everything Crystal Clear Value. Nobody want's to ready why you are they guy to buy from, spoiler your personal life and what you like mean nothing to your clients. BUT what you can help them with seams everything to them. So Create Urgency and Crystal Clear Benefit Statement. To help you visualise it: In the next 48h my manual how to start an online business from scratch will cost $99 instead of $1. If you buy it today you save $98 and you will learn how to start your online business.

The A-Pile vs B-Pile That's how your customers work People instantly divide mail/emails or any type of message really into two piles: A-Pile: Looks personal B-Pile: Obviously a sales message People open A-Pile. B-Pile goes to trash. So make your sales message personal and tailored. It's not one size fits all type situation

The 40-40-20 Rule Unfortunately not the rule I came up with but a rule missed by so many people. That's why I want every beginner to understand it perfectly so they will jump a level or two in the online business worlds. 40% of direct marketing success comes from targeting the right audience. (Find people with problem you can solve and let them know you exist) 40% success comes from the offer. (Offer is important but only if you direct it to the right people) 20% success comes from the creative. (It doesn't matter how pretty you will make it, it has to be easy to ready/digest, visible and not be a complete copy of something people already saw 1000 times)

One marketing tip you need if you want to start your online business. Most people try to turn a NO into a YES which as you know is quite hard. Instead go and look for people already dreaming YES and let them know you exist.

How giving away stuff for free will make you money long term? I helped one of my friends start a cookie business from scratch. This is far away from my expertise in online business, but the principle stands so I want to show you how this idea of giving things away for free actually works with any business model. She baked great cookies, like really viral type of cookies, but she had one big problem or two big problems to be honest. One- nobody knew about her cookies yet. Two- she would give up after two IG posts because one video got 1,705 views and zero likes and the second got 61 views and she felt like she posted two times so that's plenty for her to get momentum going. What we did to make her business work? We agreed that every time she would bake, she would record everything, do a voiceover and post it. Not looking at likes, not looking at views or follows, just record what you do and post it. Then we agreed she will go to every baker near her house, she would ask if she can give them her cookies for free, if they would sell the bakeries and coffeeshops could then buy them off her. Another thing we did, she would go to every farmers market for 6 months and would give out one free cookie to new customers and sell some. After 6 months she was making $3k off her cookie side hustle, after 2 years she was baking for 7 coffeeshops and would hire people to go to the farmers markets for her. So what was the trick? She posted every time she would bake, gave away almost 90% of whatever she would bake at the beginning and now she makes $25k a month by selling cookies. Give away things for free so strangers learn about your product, make that free stuff exceptionally good and they will come back for more.

How to get your first paying customer? Oh how complicated we make this sound online. Reality is that it's not easy, but it's not complicated either. Let me explain: There are millions of people on the internet right? They see hundreds of ads daily, so why would they stop at your ad or post? I think a lot of people underestimate themselves here, because people spend hours looking for solutions to their problems. What you need to do is present yourself not as the biggest expert there is but someone who knows just a little more than them. If you do so you will gain their interest in you or your service/offer. This will take them to your website. There, you should give them a small win for free. I like to get people to watch a short webinar for free that solves one specific problem (that's what made my diet business $300k last month). Once they finish the webinar, there should be an offer under it, that should say something like this: Hi, I just solved your small problem for free, I also solve bigger problems but it will cost you X. If you would like that click the button. Some people will click. Some won't. If they don't, add them to an email sequence where you solve more of their small problems and give them an option to get rid of their bigger problems for $. This isn't a one-time thing. You run this funnel continuously. Do the webinar weekly, send the email sequence to everyone who watches it, keep offering the paid solution. The people who buy will buy. The people who don't will eventually, or they won't. But the ones who stick around long enough will see your value and convert. That's honestly everything you need to know to start and get your first sale.

What would it take for you to commit 100%? This is the question I ask everyone that I coach that wants to start an online business. 90% of the time the answer is- Reassurance that it will work out. The issue with this answer is that nobody knows, not them, not me, not even someone that already made $100 million online. That's why I like to reframe this question later in the discussion. What would it take in the next week or two for you to commit? And then the answer magically changes to, a clear structured plan, small wins that will keep one motivated, a simple check in to make sure they are doing everything correctly. You see, the issue with the first question is that we don't have the answer to it. The second question requires control from just one person which is YOU. Don't start your online business journey with already making up your mind that it won't work or you need some reassurance it will. Since you have nothing to lose, your biggest advantage is just starting and making sure you show up for yourself everyday.

Before: I tried to sell people on my products immediately. They didn't trust me yet so nobody bought. Now: I give away my best thinking for free first. Then I sell. Sales went 10x. Turns out reciprocity is real 🤷‍♂️

I see this all the time: Someone has an idea. They're excited. They buy 3 courses. They watch 50 YouTube videos. They spend a month "preparing." Then they never actually start. 6 years ago I was the same. Here's what I figured out: most people fail because they skip the fundamentals. They build on the wrong idea. They give away nothing so nobody trusts them. They're on 10 platforms and burn out. They're paralyzed by perfectionism. They copy someone else. They charge too little. Get those things sorted and you will just all okay

Price is usually not the limiting factor. The value is justifying your price. Instead of explaining why your product cost x Explain how much value someone gets after buying which should make your product look like a bargain.
