Je me permets de parler un peu tard sur ce sujet dû à sa sensibilité mais voici selon moi, les sanctions adéquates que City devrait percevoir pour les 114 charges coupables des 115 auditionnées🧑‍💼: • Une exclusion de la PL et EFL, les envoyant automatiquement en 5ème division conformément à l’article W.51 de la PL. • Une autorisation de la FIFA qui permettrait aux joueurs de résilier leur contrat respectif (jeunes compris) même lorsqu’il n’y a aucune clause dans leurs contrats. • Une interdiction de transfert de MINIMUM 3 ans et ce à tous les étages sportifs (jeunes compris). • Une déduction de points d’un minimum de 50 points pour les sceller à la 20ème place de la saison 26/27, les empêchant de percevoir un maximum de revenu via les droits TV avant la relégation administrative. • Des compensations indémnitaires aux clubs lésés durant les années concernées à la hauteur du dommage subi. D’où l’action légale entre les clubs de PL. • Une amende vraisemblablement déraisonnable de plusieurs centaines millions d’euros. C’est une sanction très symbolique au vu des moyens financiers que les dirigeants possèdent. • Un licenciement et un bannissement à vie de fonctions semblables à tous les acteurs, dirigeants et actionnaires de City ainsi donc une dissolution du City Group. • Pour finir, une publication de la décision de justice. Rappelons que 54 des 115 charges étaient liés à des informations financières inexactes et à des falsifications comptables. En plus de ne collaborer à AUCUNE enquête. Rendez-vous compte de la folie.
