Player development is the foundation of everything we do. Few stories from 2026 exemplify that better than Logan Rumberg. From day one, Logan embraced the process, attacked his work, and turned himself into one of the most reliable weekend arms in the A-10. @MasonBaseball

The growth wasn't accidental. Every bullpen, every lift, every meeting, every adjustment mattered. By utilizing our player development model, we identified key opportunities for growth and made targeted adjustments to Logan's process.

After throwing 109 pitches and earning a Friday night win, he returned on Sunday to record a save, demonstrating exceptional recovery and competitiveness. Not only was he able to maintain, but he consistently reached back for even more when the moment demanded it. #PlayoffRummy

Player development isn't always linear. But when preparation meets opportunity, special seasons happen. Rumberg's 2026 season is proof. Proud of the growth. Proud of the competitor. Proud of the person. The impact Logan made on our culture will last far beyond the numbers.
