We need open weight models yes, but also private ways to use them
Without private inference and private agentic operating systems

It takes 15 steps to take a founder from accepted into MatCap to legally onboarding them. Before today, that onboarding took 1-2 months and involved a third party. Thanks to Claude, @goodwinlaw, and a lot of coffee, it takes less than 30 minutes now. God bless.

When grown-ups buy a house, there’s SO much homework. Like a whole mountain of papers, and everybody has to sign stuff and call people a hundred times and it takes forever and ever.
But Uncle Garrett built a robot friend who does ALL the homework! The robot never gets sleepy and never forgets anything, not even once.
So now the people just get their keys and go live in their house. The end.
