Why sign newcomer Viliami Fehoko to the active roster over others? It may be because he's got outside-inside versatility. The 49ers are light on both DEs and DTs for the foreseeable future. Fehoko, who played at San Jose State, can line up at both.

Juszczyk was actually fined twice -- once for doing the "Juice" chug after a 21-yard catch in Q3 and again after doing it following a six-yard touchdown on the same drive. He was fined $14,926 for each. He'll appeal both.
In addition to Kyle Juszczyk's well-known "chugging" fine, Upton Stout was fined $7,501 for taunting and Keion White fined $13,770 for "body weight" -- landing on top of QB Malik Willis.

Bosa was listed as "did not practice" Wednesday, but he obviously did enough to suffer a multi-week calf injury. The 49ers have seen a number of their injuries -- Sam Okuayinonu, Alfred Collins -- occur in practice this year.
