Completely share @C_Angermayer's excitement. We’ve put so much into building Enhanced together, and there is a lot ahead of us both.
What excites me most about Mike Sepso joining is that he has built something people initially struggled to understand - and helped turn it into a global spectator sport.
He understands how to turn curiosity into a lasting audience, build communities around competition and bring commercial partners along. That experience is incredibly relevant as we grow the Enhanced Games and continue investing in sports and live entertainment. Very excited to build alongside him.
A few @enhanced_games updates I’m particularly excited about:
1) More Wall Street coverage
The universe of banks covering $ENHA continues to grow. Today, @Official_Cantor initiated coverage with an Overweight rating and a $4 price target.
It’s great to see more analysts starting to understand what we are building across Enhanced Games and Live Enhanced.
2) My family office Apeiron is increasing its stake - again
@ApeironInvests took advantage of an opportunity to buy another approx 6 million $ENHA shares.
Call me biased - because, of course, I am 😂 - but in my opinion, the current valuation does not come close to reflecting the value we have already built, let alone the potential I see ahead of us.
I’ve always believed the strongest signal is having skin in the game. Hence, even before the most recent purchase, Apeiron had been continuously accumulating shares at these levels over the past several weeks.
3) Honor where honor is due
My Apeiron colleague Jim Simpson has been instrumental in building Enhanced from the very beginning, and we have promoted him to Chairman.
Very well deserved.
And no, this does NOT mean I’m taking a break or more holidays 😂
I’m the Co-Founder, after all, together with our CEO @max_enhanced. And frankly, there is no title I’d rather have than Co-Founder.
But Jim deserves the credit and recognition for the enormous contribution he has made to getting us where we are today.
4) Mike Sepso joins us
We have also added Mike Sepso - one of the true pioneers of modern esports. Mike co-founded Major League Gaming, helped take competitive gaming from a niche community into mainstream entertainment, and later became a senior executive at Activision Blizzard, helping build its esports business.
Looking at the big picture, I believe the broader trends are increasingly moving in our direction.
The first Enhanced Games were a smashing success. Preparations for the second Games are already in full swing.
Human enhancement may well become one of the defining themes of this decade.
At the same time, AI and robotics will gradually automate more human labor. My belief is that this will ultimately give people significantly more leisure time - and I expect a meaningful part of that time to flow into sports and live entertainment.
Enhanced sits at the intersection of many of these trends: human performance, health, sports, technology and entertainment.
We now have more of the building blocks in place than ever before.
And I promise you, we intend to harness these trends, build something extraordinary - and translate that into long-term value for our shareholders.
We are only getting started. 🚀

@max_enhanced: "It's been ranging. I've heard some people tell me could be tomorrow. But I think realistically, from September to November, which is a common kind of timeline that I'm hearing."
"But then there's others that think that it might be just coming to Q1 next year. But it's just very difficult to assess."

Last week’s FDA advisory committee vote marked an important milestone for the future of peptides.
The recommendation to expand the legal compounding pathway for six peptides moves the industry closer to a more transparent, regulated, and responsible future. $ENHA

7/7! #Semax just got voted in favor of by #PCAC - closing out the two-day hearing!
This makes it a total of 6/7 #peptides voted in favor of! That's huge.
Semax has been studied for cognitive enhancement (focus, memory, mental clarity), post-stroke neuroprotective recovery, and general neuroprotection.
Enhanced is very excited about the cognitive enhancement space - this is right up our alley, and another step toward $ENHA safely delivering these therapies once added to the 503A Bulk Drug Substances List.
That's a wrap on the PCAC hearing - a historic two days for the peptide industry. I'll be posting an article later summarizing what happened, and what the past two days mean for $ENHA.

DSIP has data behind it for sleep quality and opioid withdrawal support - two areas with relevance for many, many people.
Sleep has always been one of my core three pillars of longevity, alongside exercise and nutrition, so I'd have loved to see this move forward today. There are many other ways though to optimize your sleep and recovery, particularly with some of the peptides that have been voted in favor of yesterday.
Two more votes coming: Semax and Epitalon.

Last vote of the day: #MOTSc has just been voted in favor of.
That makes it 4/4 #peptides receiving favorable votes at today’s #PCAC meeting - a major step toward creating a safe, regulated pathway for peptide therapies in the United States.
Three more votes are scheduled for tomorrow: Emideltide (DSIP), Semax, and Epitalon.
We are extremely encouraged by today’s outcome. Once these peptides are added to the 503A Bulk Drug Substances List, it could represent a significant step toward $ENHA making them safely available to both our consumers and athletes.

Today I testified before the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee to advocate for patient access to BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and MOTS-c.
The committee voted to recommend moving all four peptides forward—but this is not final FDA approval. There are still important steps ahead.
