View of Earth from 900 million miles away, with Saturn's rings in the image, taken by Cassini spacecraft. That dot is us, all 8 billion of us. It's all an insanely lucky miracle. I'm grateful for all of it & all of you. Love you all! ❤️ PS: Now, I'm off to partake in the great American Thanksgiving tradition of over-eating while getting into a heated philosophical argument with family 🤣

Lex, thank you for the discussion!! Was great to see you.
Here's my conversation with Michael Levin (@drmichaellevin) about the nature of intelligence in biological systems, including unconventional & alien intelligence, agency, memory, consciousness, and life in all its forms here on Earth and beyond. Here's my conversation with Paul Rosolie, his 3rd time on the podcast, about his intense recent experience in the Amazon Jungle of a full-on encounter with the warriors of an uncontacted tribe. We show never-before-seen footage of this encounter. It's one of the most incredible things I've ever seen, and the whole story is fascinating. Long-form video upload on X doesn't seem to be working at the moment, so only YouTube, Spotify, RSS for now: YouTube: piped.video/watch?v=Z-FRe5AK… Spotify: open.spotify.com/show/2MAi0B… Podcast: lexfridman.com/podcast Timestamps: 0:00 - Episode highlight 1:08 - Introduction 3:59 - Uncontacted tribes in the Amazon Jungle 11:45 - Intense recent encounter 34:51 - Never-before-seen footage of tribe warriors 48:07 - The mysteries of the jungle 1:02:42 - Tribe's diet: Monkeys, turtles, and turtle eggs 1:12:18 - Jane Goodall 1:18:30 - Advice for young people 1:27:44 - Cartel, Narco-traffickers & assassination attempts 1:49:44 - Climbing the giant tree 2:00:42 - Giant anaconda 2:18:00 - Rescuing a spider monkey 2:24:04 - Dangerous animal encounters 2:34:12 - Writing, journaling, and great writer inspirations

I got to train with Khabib Nurmagomedov (@TeamKhabib) yesterday. This was an honor of a lifetime for me. He's a great fighter & leader and a great human being. From a grappling perspective, I don't think I've ever experienced this much top pressure in my life. I'll post the footage of the training in a few days. And also we'll do a long podcast (and dub it in multiple languages). In general, it was an incredible experience to train with the team and get to know many of the fighters from Dagestan. All are great people.

It was an honor to hang out with Jensen Huang, CEO of @nvidia, and do a long-form podcast with him. Really fun & fascinating technical deep-dive conversation on & off the mic. One of the most brilliant & thoughtful human beings I've ever met. NVIDIA is the most valuable company in the world by market cap and is the engine powering the AI revolution. Podcast probably out tomorrow (Monday) unless I get stuck in too many interesting conversations while running around in SF ;-) PS: I haven't checked my messages in days. Sorry for slow replies 🙏 Trying to stay deeply focused at in overwhelmingly intense time & barely hanging on. Love you all ❤️

I got to spend all day today with Jensen in Taiwan: talking with thousands of engineers and eating street food at a night market. Jensen is received as a rockstar in Taiwan, like it's Beatles in the 60's. It's mind-blowing and fun to watch. But most importantly, through all the interactions and all my conversations with him, he remained the same humble, kind, thoughtful, funny guy he always was, even as a kid who went to these same night markets many years ago. Btw, we tried a crazy amount of different street food. It's legit some of the most delicious food I've ever had. I can't wait to share video of it, including a ton of our conversations and hangout. When I can pause for a moment from all the travel to edit the video, I'll post it. Can't wait to continue talking to Jensen and engineers at Computex this week, and exploring more of Taiwan, and of course roaming the night markets for some more delicious street food. Days like these, even more than usual, I feel like the luckiest kid in the world. Love you all! ❤️
