They work themselves into a tizzy doing all these strange and overly complicated exercises with external objects and materials; when it’s much simpler and easy. It’s all there within you. Simple acts: prayer, meditation, breath work, your words, your thoughts, your behavior

God sees all. Try as you might, you cannot trick or deceive the Most High. There are no loopholes. We complicate matters. The path is narrow and that makes it sound difficult, but it actually makes life simpler. Less to worry about.

Their efforts will become more and more pitiful, tragic, and desperate. They wish for horror and an enraged response from those around them, but we must show them understanding and compassionate love like we would a child, because it really is quite childish
3
Once you see more and more of the karmic chain, it’s hard not to have compassion and compassion is the only way to break the cycle

Compassion is the highest logically sound human emotion

Do not give in to hate, especially towards those who are incentivized to stoke the fire

Stop paying them with your attention and time, and stop paying for clicks, views, and likes and a little indicator next to your name

You are one walk away from a better day.
I’m a big believer in the magic of taking walks. Walks make everything better.

You do have time to meditate. Stop lying to yourself.

Being nobody is much more empowering than trying to be somebody. If you’re a somebody, you may allow yourself to be bound by the expectations of others. If you’re somebody, you may cling tightly to identities that no longer serve you or others in the world.

“Why do we fall, Bruce? So that we can learn to pick ourselves back up.” As someone who has practically made falling a profession in the past, I can say I’m also a professional in the art of getting back up.

I’m in love with this sentence: “After getting what you manifested, ask for discipline to keep it and wisdom to multiply it.”

If you want to change, you have to become conscious of your unconscious patterns. You have to catch yourself in the act of being the old self. And then you have to choose differently. Not once. A thousand times. Until the new choice becomes the new default.

How to do an Expansion of Conscious Awareness meditation: 1) start in a comfortable seated upright position (or lying down if that feels better) 2) close your eyes, inhale through the nose for a count of 5, hold for a moment, exhale for more than 5, hold, repeat several times 3) begin a body scan, either starting from your head and going to your toes, or going from your toes to your head. go slowly over each area, just bringing conscious awareness there without trying to change anything. repeat several times, going in the opposite direction after each pass. 4) feel the space around you and start to bring your awareness outwards to your immediate environment. the chair you’re seated on, your feet on the floor. feel the points of contact. 5) start to expand that awareness outwards even more. Imagine a bubble expanding outwards to fill the space that you’re in. feel the objects of the room in your conscious awareness as you expand your attention. 6) expand until your awareness fills and feels the whole space around you (if you’re outside, just go as far as you feel comfortable) 7) slowly bring the awareness back in towards you, then repeat the expansion again and continue bringing the awareness out and back in Hope you enjoy this practice🤎
