We have prioritized election integrity in Florida. I was proud to enact major reforms to ensure the security of our elections. The results are in: For three cycles in a row now, Florida has been the national model for conducting efficient, responsible, and transparent elections. We have zero tolerance for voter fraud. Today, @AGJamesUthmeier announced the arrests of 12 individuals, most of whom are non-citizens, for voting illegally in Florida. We will not tolerate attempts to undermine the integrity of our electoral process, and we will hold accountable those who violate our laws. I was proud to announce that the newly formed Association of State and Local Election Officials will bring together election officials from across the country to improve election administration and restore public trust in our electoral systems. Under the leadership of Cord Byrd, Florida’s own Secretary of State, we are committed to helping other states replicate the successes we have seen in Florida.

NEW: A homeless dog that was found wandering the streets of Deming, NM, then rescued from a high-kill shelter after she was put on a euthanasia list has a new lease on life after she graduated from the U.S. Border Patrol's Canine Academy in El Paso, TX. "Chloe" is now serving as a Border Patrol K-9 based out of Louisiana and also works as a Critical Incident Response Canine for CBP after completing a five-week training course. She also provides emotional support at local hospitals. CBP statement: “Chloe’s journey is a powerful reminder that with patience, purpose and a second chance, extraordinary things are possible,” said Miguel Carrillo, U.S. Border Patrol agent, and Chloe’s handler. “She is serving those who serve our nation, and her work is already making a meaningful difference.”
