Your funds remain completely safe. Login and withdrawal capabilities remain available, and we strongly encourage all users to withdraw their remaining withdrawable balances as soon as possible.
🔹 Withdrawals remain open via the BitMEX web platform.
🔹 Deposits are no longer credited. Please do not send further funds to BitMEX addresses.
🔹 Account fees now apply to balances left on the exchange (1% p.a. or USD 50 equivalent, whichever is greater, charged monthly for KYC'd users).
🔹 Security measures, including a simplified website experience, KYC refresh, and cooldown periods, are rolling out in stages to protect users during withdrawal.
