Tesla at fault for sure. If I was driving that car, I would have been cautious of the car coming out so wide. This seems like the car was autopiloting itself (see flick right just before crash) and he wasn't paying enough attention to stop it in time
It took TWO MINUTES for the insurance company to stop blaming the Tesla driver after seeing this footage.
