On today's stream I updated the @message_db docker image I maintain to use Message DB 1.3.0.
The PG version in the old image was 10.6-alpine. It's now 15-alpine, so it should stay more up-to-date for now.

Reminder: Message DB update coming tomorrow
Upcoming Message DB Release: Retrieve Last Message by Type. Available on Wednesday, October 12th. Existing clients implementations will not be broken by the update. It's an additive update, giving one of the server functions a new, optional argument.
