DHS/ICE has yet to respond to some of my specific questions, such as:
- When and how did it notify Seck of her immigration hearing or removal order?
- Why has she been moved at least four times in the last 49 days?
In addition to her ACL issues, Seck’s lawyer says she’s been having seizures and is currently hospitalized.

DHS says that Aminata Seck, a Senegalese center at Kentucky State, missed an immigration hearing and was issued a final removal order. Her attorney tells FOS she never got notice of that hearing or the removal order.

Seck's attorney tells me: "Aminata was not aware that she had ever been placed in removal proceedings, nor was she aware that an immigration judge had entered an in absentia removal order against her."
