Committed but non-technical community – Active Catalyst voters – Participants in forums, X Spaces, Discord – People who share content and help onboard others Objective: Retention, education, and empowerment C. ADA holders not engaged in governance – Passive holders – CEX users – Delegators who don’t vote Objective: Activation, awareness, and visibility D. Curious newcomers / potential entrants – Crypto users from other ecosystems – Web2 developers – Entrepreneurs – Students and educators Objective: Onboarding, accessibility, and simple, relatable content E. Institutional / external audiences – Governments and regulators – NGOs and the social impact sector – Universities and research centers – Traditional companies / potential partners – Media and journalists Objective: Trust-building, partnerships, and public legitimacy Since this is a collaborative effort, I’m inviting the community to review, criticize, add, remove, or adjust anything needed.
