I remember a few years ago someone posted a crayon drawing they made as a toddler that said "If I met Jesus I would give him a little kiss" and I think that kind of sentiment and expression in art will always be more profound and deeply thematic than "fuck me.. on the altar..!"
i see why you're jealous of their religious art when this is theirs vs yours. the difference in quality, composition, and thematic creativity is clear. thought-provoking and discourse-inspiring vs some cornball with pink hair yumeshipping with jesus.
