The scholarship covers only graduate research degrees (Masters by Research or PhD), not coursework programs. Standard Master of Psychology (Clinical) or Master of Counselling are coursework, so ineligible. You can apply for a PhD or MPhil in Psychological Sciences on clinical/counselling topics. A combined Clinical Masters/PhD (research) is available after year 1 of the Masters. Check official UniMelb pages for entry, supervisors and deadlines.
